## Product (one paragraph)
Cleared helps end users buy or sell **high-ticket** luxury watches through a conversational agent. The agent sources pricing across the open web and a ~3,000 global dealer network for a strong net, gathers condition/box/papers/location/photos, negotiates, ships to WAV (Hong Kong) for authentication/ops, then settles so money moves only when the deal is CLEARED. Pitch pillars: **source a strong net** (web + dealers — process claim, not market-wide #1) · **we negotiate both sides for you** · **AI-first flow designed for a fast clear** · **high-ticket watches only**. Fee truth: **1% each side**. Facilitation fee: **1% of the agreed watch price from each side** (buyer and seller); shipping, auth, duties, and processor fees are separate. Counterparties are not introduced as an open marketplace (quiet operational fact — not the product pitch). Vertical today: watches. Later architecture: luxury handbags and graded (PSA) cards.

## Agent flows (public summary)
- Sell: user sends photo → agent IDs model/year → sources net (web + global dealers) → Cleared negotiates both sides → ship to HK WAV auth → pay seller when CLEARED.
- Buy: user asks for a reference (e.g. Rolex 126500 white) → agent finds offers (web + ~3,000 global dealers) → Cleared negotiates both sides for a strong net → buyer pays → WAV (HK) auth → pay dealer → ship to buyer.
